She has helped us purchase several properties, and we have referred her to several other that we know. She is very personable, professional, and very accountable to everyone's time, answering questions, and taking car of any needs that pop up. She has always remained flexible, and understands that clients may not like every proprty. I have experienced agents in the past that would frown upon clients expressing their homest opinions of some properties. I first contacted her in early April to set up a quick house hunting trip to Tucson to buy a house for our daughter to live in while attending the U of A. She completely cleared her calendar for a week to work with us while we flew into town in June. Over the first two days she was able to schedule 21 house visits, we saw the top 3 again on Weds, placed an offer at noon that day, and had an accepted offer by that evening. We then needed to get back to the east coast for work, but she helped us enormously with all of the later house logistics including being our onsite rep for inspections, keeping on top of all of the details, a remote close, helping us find a contractor to cut back a tree impinging on the roof, reminding us about (and providing contact info) to let us get the utilities transferred, and also helping with key logistics like finding a moving company and figuring out were the seller put the mailbox keys. We have bought several houses over the past 30 years, and she is definitely one of the best (if not the best) agents we have ever worked with. She made it possible for us to buy a house in Tucson while we were a couple of thousand miles away. Thank you!
